your local lowe’s offers a FREE
build and grow clinic
for children every other weekend.
it’s mostly a lot of nail-hammering
but the girls have had lots of fun
(and a few hurt thumbs)
building their own toys.
so far they’ve built a drum, fire engine and ball-toss game.
free safety-goggles, apron and scout-like patch come with each activity.
it’s mostly for children 5 and up,
but my two year old has had fun with lots of parental guidance.
